One of the most anticipated births in Hollywood has finally arrived as "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West welcome their second baby early Saturday morning.

It was a little earlier than expected, according to E! News, since the reality star and rapper husband were expecting that their baby boy will be arriving right around Christmas time. However, it is already December and the second-time parents are happy to meet the new addition to their family.

The publication further reported that the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan already went and visited the new baby at the medical center. Kardashian's mother, Kris Jenner, sisters Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, and even Kourtney's ex Scott Disick were reportedly there to get a glimpse of Kim's new baby.

Furthermore, the family also reportedly visited Khloe's husband Lamar Odom at the hospital after going to see the new baby. Kylie and Kendall Jenner have yet to visit.

Kim was reported to having pregnancy problems, and just like her pregnancy to her firstborn, North, 2, the reality star also had health issues with her second baby.

The second baby is reportedly a breech baby, the publication reports. "This weekend I checked into the hospital and underwent a procedure called an ECV, which is done to manually turn the baby from a breech position to a head-down position," Kim told the publication, adding that it's "probably more painful than childbirth."

But, apparently, all went well. Even the second-time father Kanye was happy to welcome his son as he flew from New York just in time. Kim even shared her second pregnancy on her website, saying that "Mother and son are doing well."

People reports that although Kim and Kanye have yet to announce the name of their baby boy, they have revealed that they will not be naming their second baby South West to go with their firstborn's name.

"I don't think we'll go another direction," Kardashian said as quoted by the publication. Furthermore, the 35-year-old reality star also revealed how two-year-old North is ready to be a big sister.

"We read books with her about getting a baby brother and a new sibling all the time! We always say goodnight to baby brother," Kardashian said in an October blog post as quoted by the publication.
