Stephen Colbert welcome a few Victoria's Secret Angels to "The Late Show" on Monday, who joined the host for a meal of spicy buffalo wings.

With their fashion show taped a month ago and set to air on Tuesday, the models were able to enjoy some American style gluttony without fear for their figures.

According to E! News, Colbert brought the Angels out, not to admire their astounding beauty and limitless appeal, but rather to show that supermodels are people too.

He started off by calling the fashion show the "World Series of intimate apparel" and the "Super Bowl of underpants."

After a few laughs, he brought out Behati Prinsloo, Adriana Lima and Taylor Hill, and quickly began bantering with the models, quizzing them on what they thought Americans most wanted to see from them.

The answers "model evening lingerie" and "walk the runway" failed to satisfy the host. Even though Colbert was interested in those ideas, he was committed to chowing down on a buffet of buffalo wings.

The models showed no signs of hesitation. The three ladies immediately started in on the platter that was wheeled out in front of them. They put up absolutely no resistance to the skit and even took to it with some impressive enthusiasm.

Colbert kept spitting out lines of encouragement and even joined them for a few bites. When no paper towels appeared to relieve messy fingers, Colbert wiped his hands and mouth off on one of the model's wings.
