Although many members of the conservative Republican Party have publicly condemned presidential candidate Donald Trump over calling for a ban of all Muslims entering the U.S., Fox News chairman and CEO Rupert Murdoch agreed on the controversial statement.

According to Deadline, Murdoch took to social media and publicly endorsed Trump. It was just a few months ago that Murdoch was in a public battle with him over remarks he made about Fox News host Megyn Kelly, particularly the one that involved the use of the word "blood."

The public can sufficiently say now that the feud has either blown over or politics have moved up on his priority list.

In a post on Twitter, Murdoch laid out his thoughts on the Trump remark and in no uncertain terms, endorsed the controversial candidate for the highest role in the country.

"Has Trump gone too far? Regardless, public is obsessed on radical Muslim dangers, Complete refugee pause to fix vetting makes sense," Murdoch wrote on his Twitter page.

But he also quickly followed that up with what seemed like another clarification on Twitter, or even a reversal some might say.

"NOT endorsing Trump, but support Congressional vote for immediate pause to overhaul vetting process," Murdoch followed up with.

This seems to be in line with his rhetoric in recent weeks though. He has made several comments on social media that seem to touch on the fact that he is willing to give Christians special treatment, if they are able to prove they are indeed Christians. On Nov. 16, Murdoch made a post on Twitter that clearly showed that.

"Obama facing enormous opposition in accepting refugees. Maybe make special exception for proven Christians," Murdoch wrote.

Either way, Murdoch is clearly showing where he stands on the politics of a nation that he is not actually from.
