Gael Garcia Bernal's latest film "Zoom" has been picked up by Screen Media Films.

The new film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in September to solid reviews overall.

According to Indiewire, the new movie spans numerous realities and a variety of dimensions and follows three different characters: a comic book artist, a novelist and a film director. The film shows the three living in different versions of reality and yet collaborating at the same time.

The film was directed by Pedro Morelli, who also directed "Entre Nos" as well as the TV series "Contos do Edgar." He also directed the short film "Mais Uma Note" and the TV movie documentary "A Vision of Blindness."

In addition to Bernal, "Zoom" also stars Alison Pill, Mariana Ximenes, Jason Priestly, Tyler Labine and Don McKellar among others.

According to IMDb, Pill has appeared in a plethora of films including "Milk," "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World," "Midnight in Paris" and in the TV series "The Newsroom."

Ximenes's IMDb page shows that he has appeared in a number of films including "Oblivious Memory," "O Gorila," "Rio Belongs to Us," "Harmonica's Howl," "A Matter of Courage" and the TV series "Guerra dos Sexos."

Priestly has appeared in "Let's Rap," "Away from Everywhere" and such TV series as "Haven," "The Wonderful Wayneys," "Detective McLean: Ties That Bind," "Welcome to Sweden" and "Wishenpoof!"

Labine has appeared in "Tucker & Dale vs. Evil," "Rise of the Planet of the Apes," "Monsters University," "The Boss," "The Heyday of the Insensitive Bastards," "Funeral Day," "Killing Winston Jones" and the TV series "Royal Pains."

Bernal is currently enjoying great success on Amazon's hit series "Mozart in the Jungle" for which he received his first ever Golden Globe nomination. He has also appeared in such films as "Amore Perros," "Desierto," "Eva Doesn't Sleep," "El Crimen del Padre Amaro," "The Motorcycle Diaries," "Rosewater" and "Ardor" among many others.
