The recent "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" premiere on Hollywood Boulevard had many A-list stars walking down the red carpet in their glamorous gowns and suits, but two stars, Sofia Vergara and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, stood out as they opted to wear "Star Wars" costumes.

The two showed that they are indeed "Star Wars" fans through their costumes in support of the premiere that happened on Monday, Dec. 14 along with the cast of the film like Harrison Ford, Lupita Nyong'o, Daisy Ridley and Gwendoline Christie, Us Weekly reports.

The publication further revealed that Vergara, who recently wed "Magic Mike XXL" star Joe Manganiello, was wearing a Princess Leia hairstyle as she had her hair in buns just like the character in the film and matched them with a black Victoria Beckham dress.

"Sofia's giant diamonds were sparkling on her hand," a source told the news agency adding that "She was waving and saying 'Hola, hola!' to everyone."

Furthermore, the newlyweds were eye-catching during the premiere since they are sweet with each other, a premiere-goer further revealed. "They walked in holding hands and they looked incredible," the onlooker told the news outlet.

Meanwhile, Gordon-Levitt was one of the most noticed actors on the red carpet as he not only painted his face green like Yoda from the film, he was also wearing pyjamas and a robe as his premiere outfit.

Time reported that the "500 Days of Summer" actor was proud to show off his DIY costume of Yoda for the premiere. The actor also had green Yoda ears and "The Grinch" pyjamas underneath a white robe that looked very comfortable and funny as well.

The film, which is written and directed by J.J. Abrams, is a rated PG-13 movie and runs for two hours and 15 minutes, according to a report from the New York Times. Furthermore, the film, which was recently released on Dec. 16, 2015, is reportedly selling tickets at a rate of one a second, Telegraph reports.

The premiere also featured life-sized Stormtroopers, changing lightsaber sculptures, "Star Wars" lego figures and a new character featured in the film, BB-8, which may be a "distant cousin" of R2-D2.

BB-8 is one of the newest faces featured in the film, although according to the news outlet, it has appeared in the previous films but will only be featured now.
