"General Hospital" spoilers for Dec. 23 to Dec. 25 suggest that a major life-threatening situation will occur between Jason Morgan and Nikolas Cassadine. The two have been in a feud for quite a while, but viewers will be shocked at what will happen next, which will leave Nikolas in critical condition.

The ABC series will serve a good and dramatic week for its loyal viewers since the characters in Port Charles will be centered on the dramatic and violent feud between Jason and Nikolas, which might endanger Jason's bright future even before he starts his new life knowing the truth about himself.

Soap Shows reveals that Nikolas will realize that this should be the last time that he gets involved with Jason since his life will be at stake because of crossing him. Nikolas and Jason will be in a fist fight and will end up with Nikolas falling on the ground from the terrace.

But the twist in the story is that Liz Webber was there to witness the whole thing until the very last part where Nikolas fell from the terrace. Liz even ran to Nikolas to try and save him, administering first aid, per Celeb Dirty Laundry.

Furthermore, the incident was apparently just the beginning of yet another journey for "General Hospital." According to the publication, Jason will be in a terrible position upon the arrival of PCPD Commissioner Jordan Ashford, who was called in by a MetroCourt staff.

Jordan will try to break up the fight, only to arrive after Nikolas fell on the ground and Jason still in a fight-mode position. Jason will be suspected of murdering Nikolas and the lead person to accuse him is Hayden Barnes.

Since Hayden still doesn't know about the danger that Nikolas wanted to inflict on her, spoilers suggest that she will be siding with Nikolas in the unbelievable twist of the series. Jordan will have to take Jason into custody while Nikolas will be taken to the General Hospital.

This is one of yet another shocking twist, especially since Jason is just starting to live a new life and might be in prison because of what happened. Questions remain if Jason can be bailed out or not, but viewers would have to watch the coming episodes of "General Hospital," which airs weekdays on ABC.
