Rosie Huntington-Whiteley credits her slim figure to exercising and never skipping meals. The Victoria's Secret angel revealed her steps to keeping her sexy figure during an interview as she promotes her new workout clothes collection called "Rosie for Autograph Active."

Talking to Daily Mail, the 28-year-old model said she is "thrilled" to present her new line of fitness wear, which will be available to purchase at M&S in January. Huntington-Whiteley said she was encouraged to create "Rosie for Autograph Active" because it reportedly represents how she values fitness and well-being as a huge part of her life.

"It feels like a really natural step for my existing lingerie range to develop and now include activewear pieces," she said of her pieces featured by Daily Mail.

In the same interview, Huntington-Whiteley also revealed her secrets to keeping fit and sexy. The model said she loves to do skips "as it gets the heart rate up immediately and works out so many parts of your body." It reportedly also works both ways, as a great cardio exercise and also tones the body.

The model-turned-actress also advised against skipping meals for the sake of avoiding calorie intakes. She told Daily Mail that she always eats something before and after working out. Huntington-Whiteley revealed she never skips breakfast, which usually consists of eggs and spinach, before heading to the gym. Then, she takes a green smoothie after her workout.

She also advised on getting a trained gym instructor or a workout partner so one can be motivated to exercise. When in the gym, Huntington-Whiteley told Daily Mail that she usually mixes up her exercise routine.

"I find that alternating workouts and mixing interval, low and high intensity training really helps. I love to mix in Pilates and fun dance classes too," she said.

As for eating healthy, the Devon-born model said she makes it a point to cook nutritious food when she's at home. She confessed to not being a fan of frozen or take-out foods. However, she admitted that she also enjoys a good meal when she's dining out but makes sure not to consume too much carbs.

According to Cosmopolitan, Huntington-Whiteley is also not worried about her "water weight" and turns to consuming water before a photo shoot. The Victoria's Secret model told Daily Mail she tries to consume eight glasses of water every day to keep herself hydrated.
