A young Brazilian woman's doll-like looks have earned her the label as the Brazilian Human Barbie.

Andressa Damiani, a 23-year-old veterinary physician from Blumenau, has gain a huge online following from her strikingly similar features that resemble a doll, including her pale skins, big eyes and long legs. She prides herself on never undergoing any cosmetic surgery to emulate a Barbie, not even on her 20-inch waist and 32F bust, reports Mirror.co.uk. She also claims to wear minimal makeup to achieve her look. However, she does wear hair extensions and blue contact lenses to mimic the famously wide-eyed doll.

In addition to being called a human Barbie, Damiani has also been noted in her native country as "Elsa" because of her strong resemblance to the princess in Disney's Frozen. However, her looks have also worked against her in public being that her scarily doll-like features sometimes frightens people on the street.

"People don't believe me when I say I have never had any plastic surgery and they think I starve myself because I'm so thin. They call me a liar," she told The Daily Mail.

"I've also had strangers tell me they are disgusted to look at my face and they fear me when they see me walking past. People run away when they see me. People think I'm insane and I only care for beauty but they shouldn't be afraid," she said.

She added that she wants to "show the world that everyone can be a doll. You don't have to be skinny or blonde - just create your own look and be happy."

She insists that she her doll looks are not the result of dieting or exercise.

"Fo as long as I remember I have always looked like a doll. I hardly wear any heavy make-up on a daily basis, I don't diet and I walk my dogs for exercise," said Damiani.

She added that looking like a doll has helped build her self-esteem.

"Feeling pretty and confident is important and not as futile as some may think. I feel pretty this way," she said.

She currently boasts a devoted fanbase in Brazil and over 112,000 followers on Instagram.
