Fans of the hit CW show "Supernatural" may be excited to learn Sheriff Jody Mills is returning to the series in her regular guest role capacity.

According to Entertainment Weekly, actress Kim Rhodes is about to make her seasonal reappearance on the show as Mills. Rhodes has appeared on the show for several seasons now, and each time she comes back into contact with the Winchester brothers, she ends up learning a new lesson about the dark side.

Last season, she came back on the scene during a sheriff's retreat, where fans were reintroduced to Sheriff Donna Hanscum for a rare second time. Hanscum has already made her third guest appearance on Season 11.

This year, Mills will be making her debut on Episode 12, which is titled "Don't You Forget About Me."

Mills has taken in Claire and Alex, meaning she has more than just her own life to consider when it comes to confronting the deadly supernatural forces at work on the planet. As in her previous appearances, Mills only gets involved with the Winchesters when the case hits close to home. Usually she is happy being sheriff far away from the boys in most seasons.

So, in the show's yearly tradition, the stars land a supernatural case at her doorstep, and Mills is forced back into action with the Winchesters on yet another "off the books" case that needs a quick resolution.

The things is: Now that she has a family to look after, she has enough reason to believe that something might not go right for her, and she fears she could either end up dead or grieving the loss of one of her kids. The latter could even uproot her life, and turn her into another John Winchester, a hunter with revenge on her mind.
