Allen Campbell, personal chef to Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, has revealed the secret to the couple's sexy figure. Campbell talked about how the A-list couple incorporates an all-vegetable plan to their diet, which helps maintain their toned and sexy body.

Campbell talked about how it's like to cook for Brady, Bundchen and their two children in an interview with Boston.com. He revealed that 80 percent of what the family eats is made up of organic vegetables, which comprise of whole grains like quinoa, brown rice, beans and millet. The other 20 percent is lean meat such as chicken, duck meal and grass-fed organic steak. The chef said his choice of fish for the couple is mostly wild salmon.

Campbell also revealed the big no-no in the family's diet. He told Boston.com that the NFL quarterback and the former Victoria's Secret model do not consume sugary foods and flour because he doesn't use them in his recipes.

"No white sugar. No white flour. No MSG. I'll use raw olive oil, but I never cook with olive oil. I only cook with coconut oil. Fats like canola oil turn into trans fats. ... I use Himalayan pink salt as the sodium. I never use iodized salt," he said.

As for vegetables, Campbell revealed the family doesn't eat tomatoes, mushrooms, eggplants and peppers because they are not anti-inflammatory. The family loves fruits too, although Campbell said Brady mostly favors bananas.

They also don't consume caffeine and dairy products. Even before a game, Tom reportedly doesn't eat differently than his usual meals. However, their menu also varies depending on the season.

"In the wintertime, it's going to be more red meat and more soups and root vegetables. And in the summer, they eat lighter, so I'll make raw lasagna and more salads," Campbell further revealed to the news outlet.

However, he added his go-to food for the entire family is quinoa dish with wilted greens and garlic toasted in coconut oil, mixed with some almonds or cashew, lime curry and lemongrass with a bit of ginger. Brady, Bundchen and their two kids reportedly consider the dish as their comfort food. Despite the family's strict diet, Campbell revealed they are also actually just very laid back.

Bundchen gave fans a look at one of Campbell's recipe on her Instagram page. The supermodel shared her photo holding a bowl of vegetable soup. She captioned the shot, "Leftovers from yesterday turned into a veggie soup."
