What was considered nothing more than a crude gossip turns out to be true -- Lindsay Lohan admits that her leaked celebrity sex list is actually real.

A list detailing the troubled actress' alleged A-list celebrity sex partners was published back in March, with a number of blanked out names for legal reasons. Among 36 famous men, the revealed names include Ashton Kutcher, Justin Timberlake, Zac Efron, Orlando Bloom and the late Heath Ledger.

The 27-year-old now confirms that the list is real -- not only in a sneak preview for the finale of her docu-series on Oprah Winfrey's OWN network, but also during her appearance on Thursday night's (April 18) Watch What Happens Live on Bravo.

"The fact that happened was not only humiliating, but just mean," she cries in the latest preview clip. "The story's on Page Six right now. This actually really is annoying now. It's f*cked up and I don't want a part in it. For those two weeks I took off, no-one knows this..."

Similarly, Lohan was clearly embarrassed when show host Andy Cohen mentioned the infamous list, as she laughed and put her hand over her eyes. "I cannot confirm or deny," she replied. However, when Cohen kept pressing her, the Mean Girls actress finally gave in by admitting that the list was "actually my fifth step in AA [Alcoholics Anonymous] at Betty Ford."

"Someone, when I was moving during the OWN show, must have take a photo of it, so that's a really personal thing. It's really unfortunate," she said. "And I talk about it in the last episode of the show, so to be continued..."

Tune in for the two-hour finale of Lindsay airing this Sunday, April 20.
