Gamers who just could not wait another moment to get their hands on a copy of MLB 14 The Show are going to be rewarded at GameStop.

The popular gaming retail giant is making the transition from PS3 to PS4 more affordable for its shoppers. Gamers who are PowerUp Rewards members can purchase the PlayStation 4 version of MLB 14 The Show for only $20 if they trade in a copy of the PlayStation 3 version.

The deal follows an awkward pair of release dates stemming from the PlayStation 3 to PlayStation 4 transition period. The PlayStation 3 version was on the shelves by opening day while the PS4 version is not going to be released until May 6.

Although we are still waiting for the PS4 release date, the early game reviews from the PS3 version have been mostly positive. Even when the PS4 version hits the shelves, we can expect plenty of updates and changes throughout the season.

Among one of the most anticipated features of the new game is the Dynamic Camera. While we have always been used to a fairly structured and basic system of views and angles in baseball video games, the new angles reflect the improved camera features that we have seen introduced to actual games in real life. Among other new key features include improved graphics and more realistic gameplay. All in all, you'll have to try the game yourself in order to determine what you think.
