"CR Fashion Book" has released a brief glimpse at their 8th issue, which features Gigi Hadid on its pages. This is the second time the young model has starred in the fashion publication. She first modeled for the book's editor Carine Roitfeld in 2014.

The publication shared a glimpse at the model's photo on its official website. Hadid turned back the clock for her photo shoot for "CR Fashion Book" by wearing an 80s-inspired dress. The 20-year old looked stunning and elegant in a black balloon-sleeved gown that showcased some chest skin.

The picture, which is taken by photographer Sebastian Faena, showed Hadid sitting on a table covered with white cloth. She let her hair hang loose in curls as she posed with her head tilted upwards.

According to Mail Online, Roitfeld had described the contents of the 8th issue of "CR Fashion Book" as a return of the American girl.

"In the '80s, fashion created a fantasy around the American girl - athletic, toned, smiling, happy, gracious, and perfect. Now suddenly in 2016, we see the comeback of the American girl, and I find myself so excited by this new generation of stars," she said according to the report from Mail Online.

Roitfeld also revealed the other contents of the 500-page book on its official website. The 8th issue, which will be out on newsstands on Feb. 25, will reportedly be divided into three volumes. Aside from "CR Fashion Book, "it will also debut a new volume called "CR Girls 2016" and release a new issue of "CR Men's Book."

This will be the second issue of "CR Men's Book" after its initial publication in September last year. Meanwhile, "CR Girls 2016" will reportedly highlight Gianvito Rossi shoes along with Kanye West's second Yeezy collection. The volume will contain 48 photos taken by Sante D'Orazio showing models wearing some of the famous labels including Dior, Versace and Dolce & Gabbana. Roitfeld teased that some of models are also be barely dressed in West's Yeezy collection.

This is the second time that Hadid had modeled for Roitfeld. She had first appeared in the January 2015 issue of "CR Fashion Book." In a previous statement posted on the publication's official website, Roitfeld had said only nice words about the Victoria's Secret model. The book editor said Hadid is not the "kind of perfect, beautiful, blonde girl that you look at and want to hate. No one could ever hate her."
