"Dragon Ball Super" episode 27 just concluded and it's honestly the best episode in the new anime series so far.

Specifically, fans of Vegeta will love this particularly episode as they finally witness him transform into a Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan. What's great about that transformation is it's as strong as the length of time that it took to attain that form.

In a report by Movie Pilot, this episode also witnessed the end of the resurrected Frieza. However, don't think for a second that Frieza came down without a fight.

During this "Dragon Ball Super's" 27th episode, fans see Goku being tortured by the villain, as his friends and Vegeta observe nearby. However, as Frieza is about to deliver the final blow to Goku, Vegeta steps in to save the day; it was one of the most bad ass scenes this series has produced.

After helping Goku get away from Frieza's clutches, we see Vegeta dominate and absolutely beat him up.

But before Vegeta continues the slaughter of his opponent, he first tells Krillin and the gang to give Goku the last senzu bean, lest he dies from his wounds.

He also laments about Goku's kind-heartedness and says that it was the main reason Frieza got the upper hand on their battle.

But he quickly turns his attention to the enemy and says that, unlike Goku, he will feel no remorse from beating him up and from eventually killing him.

Battered and defeated, Frieza saus that he cannot believe and accept that not only Vegeta interfered with his revenge plans, but also the fact that he was defeated by what he thinks is a lesser warrior.

And as Vegeta was about to fire the fatal blow, a desperate Frieza fires a powerful blast beneath the Earth that resulted into the planet from being destroyed.

Whis and Beerus were quick to their feet and managed to save all of the Z fighters from the destruction of the planet.

It's also interesting to note that before Earth exploded, other characters from the series were shown going on to their daily lives, Attack of The Fan Boy has learned.

Satan and Buu sleeping, Videl tending their daughter, Trunks and Goten training and also Android 18 shopping for groceries -- all of them unaware of the impending doom.

But as the fighters wept for their loved ones, Whis revealed that he has the ability to turn back the time for three minutes, allowing Goku to redo his mistake and end Frieza once and for all.

Going back to the scene where Vegeta about to deliver the final blow and Frieza destroying the planet, Goku fires a strong Kamehameha that incinerates the villain.

The episode ended with everyone enjoying a bountiful feast, including Beerus and Whis comically arguing about food.
