On the latest episode of "Ellen," where "Dirty Grandpa" star Zac Efron paid a visit, the Hollywood Reporter shared that the actor went all out for the show's host Ellen DeGeneres and even played a game called "Head's Up!" on live television.

The game, which required the participants to act out whatever was on the device's screen, cracked up the audience, per the publication. Of course, De Generes was the one to hold the device and the first words that came up were "lap dance."

The "High School Musical" alum acted like a sport and immediately rushed towards the comedian to give her a lap dance. Several other words like "Tinder," "making out" and "skinny dipping" were shown, which Efron all acted out.

However, Efron got a little hesitant when "twerk" popped up on the screen, but he did it accordingly, as per the New York Daily News. When the time ran out, Efron was in regret because he missed one word, "handcuffs."

He said as quoted by the news outlet, "Whenever anyone tells you to twerk, just do it," since there was a few seconds wasted because he hesitated.

Efron recently made headlines for his absence in the "High School Musical" reunion special on Disney Channel, where his former girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens made an appearance alongside other cast members like Ashley Tisdale, Corbin Bleu, Lucas Grabeel and Monique Coleman, E! News reported.

However, the former actor, who played Troy Bolton in the film series, made a pre-taped video message for his co-stars and fans.

"Hey guys, I'm so sorry that I couldn't be there in person but I'm with you all in spirit," he said on the Disney special as quoted by the publication. "My favorite scene in the movie has to be 'We're All in This Together.' The unity, the whole cast in that moment was just really, really fun," he added.

On his video message, Efron reminisced how shooting the scene and the rest of the film series was the best time of his life. He continued saying, "Thank you for being a part of this huge 'High School Musical' extravaganza. It's become the coolest thing that I've ever been a part of."

The actor was reportedly absent as he was filming his upcoming flick with Robert DeNiro titled "Dirty Grandpa," which premieres today, as well as "Neighbors 2," which will premiere in May 2016.
