On Jan. 20, pop sensation Fifth Harmony and clothing brand Candies announced the launch of the new Candie's spring 2016 fashion collection, which the music group helped design.

The junior clothing brand, available only at Kohl's, and the group both shared the news on their respective Instagram accounts with a photo of the singers from the new campaign.

The new Candie's collection, much like Fifth Harmony's music video for "Worth It," is filled with flirty and workplace-inspired pieces that evoke a sense of independence, confidence and hard work.

The collection is aptly named "Candie's Boss," a play on of the group's own song"BO$$," which highlights strong independent women and references first lady Michelle Obama as a prime example.

"The concept of the Candie’s campaign is about being a boss, being confident in who you are and being brave enough to share that with the world in your everyday life," Camila Cabello said while shooting the campaign.

For Ally Brooke Hernandez, style is about being yourself. She explained that she uses her style to be a good example.

"There is beauty in being real. I go through the same things you go through and I want to empower people to love themselves," she said.

Like the Spice Girls and Destiny's Child before them, Fifth Harmony brand themselves as a diverse group, with each member representing a different but equally strong icon of young womanhood.

With three Latinas, a Polynesian and African-American member, the "X-Factor" alums however add ethnic diversity to that classic girl group model.

To further the group's agenda of feminism, the clothing line also includes body conscious styles in "The Work Shop."

For example, young fashionistas can choose between the "Marilyn," a style for curvier girls, or the "Audrey" fit, for slim juniors, when it comes to pants.
