On Thursday, Valeria Lukyanova, aka the self-proclaimed "Human Barbie," uploaded a YouTube video to give viewers a look at how she maintains her pencil-thin waistline.

In the video, the "Human Barbie" is seen jogging on the beach, taking selfies and showing off her almost nonexistent waist. There are also clips of the 28-year-old Ukrainian model at the gym and in the mirror checking out her slim figure.

In addition to her workout regime, Lukyanova admitted back in February that she tried to maintain her looks by abstaining from food and water and training herself to live off light and air in a practice known as "Breatharianism."

"In recent weeks I have not been hungry at all; I'm hoping it's the final stage before I can subsist on air and light alone," she said earlier this year, according to the Daily Mail.

Breatharianism is a cult that believes that someone can exist on "cosmic micro-food" rather than food and possibly water, according to the International Business Times. However, the practice is criticized as pseudoscience, and several practitioners have reportedly died of starvation.

A few weeks ago, Lukyanova told GQ magazine that she was on an all-juice diet.

Although the life-size Barbie is notorious for wearing dramatic makeup and enormous colored contact lenses to emulate the famous doll, she's been sharing more natural-looking photos of herself as of late. Last week she posted selfies on her Facebook page while wearing little makeup and looking less plastic.

In other photos, the bare-faced Barbie wannabe is flaunting off tiny waist and admittedly enhanced breasts in a bikini.
