The Road to WrestleMania 32 officially started last Sunday at the Royal Rumble with Triple H winning the WWE World Heavyweight championship. He is set to main event WrestleMania 32 along with the winner of Roman Reigns vs. Dean Ambrose vs. Brock Lesnar match headlining Fastlane. Here are the latest rumored plans for both main events.

Roman Reigns to Win at Fastlane, Dean Ambrose Turning Heel

According to Cageside Seats, Reigns is still planned to face Triple H at WrestleMania 32, so he will likely win the Triple Threat match at Fastlane. There are backstage talks of turning Ambrose heel in the process to make Reigns a bigger babyface.

Inquisitr speculates that fans will surely cheer for Ambrose and Lesnar more than Reigns at the next pay-per-view and WWE plans to lessen the boos for the former two-time WWE champion. At the Royal Rumble, an audible was called mid-match to change plans for the final two participants so that fans will not turn on Reigns for the second straight Rumble.

A heel turn by "The Lunatic" can help in gaining more cheers for Reigns, but fans will surely root for Lesnar no matter what. However, the publication notes that Lesnar is included in the Fastlane main event to draw more viewers and interests. "The Beast" is still on track to feud with Bray Wyatt and the rest of The Wyatt Family culminating in a WrestleMania 32 match.

WrestleMania 32 Main Event Involving The Rock?

In the same report by Cageside Seats, The Rock is scheduled to appear at WrestleMania 32. The plan for him is to be in Reigns' corner when he challenges Triple H for the WWE title. WWE is also planning on having Vince McMahon in the corner of "The Game," but Reigns will end up winning to make it his proper coronation as the next superstar of the company.

The feeling backstage is that it should have happened in last year's WrestleMania 31 in San Francisco, but the crowd's continued negative reactions on Reigns forced WWE's hand to change its plans. Back in Royal Rumble 2015, The Rock came out to celebrate Roman's big win but he was met with a crowd of boos.

The WWE is reportedly hoping that the second time The Rock accompanies Reigns will be much more successful. "The Great One" made his return to television in this week's episode of Monday Night RAW to a big ovation from his hometown crowd of Miami, Florida.

WWE's plans are always subject to a lot of changes. What do you think of the current main event plans for Fastlane and WrestleMania 32? Give us your thoughts and comments below.
