Saturday, April 26

Detroit Red Wings at Boston Bruins, 3 p.m.

Game 5. Bruins lead series 3-1.

Two great franchises going at it, but the Red Wings find themselves in a hole. Despite the Red Wings winning the first game of the series, the Bruins have won the last three consecutive games, including an overtime thriller in Game 4. The Bruins now have a chance to end the series at home at the Garden.

Columbus Blue Jackets at Pittsburgh Penguins, 7 p.m.

Game 5. Series tied 2-2.

What a series this has been. These two teams have alternated wins in every game so far, and here we are tied two games each. Sidney Crosby needs to play better if the Penguins are going to lift another Stanley Cup. Game 5 will be played in Pittsburgh, and this is a must win for the Penguins.

Minnesota Wild at Colorado Avalanche, 9:30 p.m.

Game 5. Series tied 2-2.

The home team is 4-0 so far in this series, and Game 5 is being played in Colorado. Advantage Colorado. Even though the home team is 4-0 so far, both teams have not gone down without a fight. The winner of game will take a 3-2 series lead with a chance to end the series it six.

Los Angeles Kings at San Jose Sharks, 10 p.m.

Game 5, Sharks lead series 3-1

The Sharks have dominated this series, only losing one game. They have a chance to advance to the second round of the playoffs tonight by defeating the Kings. This should be an easy task for the Sharks as they play at home tonight in Game 5.

Sunday, April 27

Philadelphia Flyers at New York Rangers, 12 p.m.

Game 5. Series tied 2-2.

The Rangers had a chance to take a commanding 3-1 series lead last game but couldn't do it. The Flyers and Rangers always make for a great rivalry, and this series is expected to go seven games. Game 5 will be played at Madison Square Garden, and hart hitting will take place between these teams.

St. Louis Blues at Chicago Blackhawks, 3 p.m.

Game 6. Blackhawks lead 3-2.

This has easily been the hardest hitting series so far. Full of hip checks, body checks and suspensions. The Blues "blue" a 2-0 goal lead in Game 4, and that may be all she wrote. Now the Blackhawks have a chance to end the series at home in Game 6. A heated rivalry in Game 6 — get your popcorn ready.

Anaheim Ducks at Dallas Stars, 8 p.m.

Game 6. Ducks lead series 3-2

Ducks have a chance to end the series when they travel to the Lone Star State to face the Stars in Game 6. But don't expect the Stars to go down without a fight. The Stars will be playing at home, and the Ducks must adapt to the time change. This makes for must see prime time television for Sunday night hockey. Don't be surprised if the Stars force a Game 7.
