It's Super Bowl 50 week and the excitement is already running high as the games kick off this weekend. While everybody have been talking about stats and predictions, this article tackles an interesting topic about the concession treats available at the game.

Super Bowl 50 is the most anticipated season of the National Football League (NFL). The game will kick off on Feb. 7 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California. National Football Conference (NFC) champion Carolina Panthers will faceoff with the American Football Conference (AFC) champion Denver Broncos.

Since it's the league's golden anniversary, the winner of the Super Bowl 50 receive a special 18-karat gold-plate "50" trophy, in addition to the Vince Lombardi Trophy.

Speaking of Super Bowl, fans will not only enjoy the game this season but also the awesome selection of foods available at the concessions. But are you tired of the typical hotdogs, chicken fingers and nachos?

Well, worry no more because Chefs Santana Diaz and Denari Brown have promised to offer the "most locally sourced" menu in Super Bowl history. Business Insider even noted that the concessions at the big game are "championship-worthy" as well.

Here are 10 concession treats fans will able to eat at Super Bowl 50, Levi's Stadium concessions and hospitality provider Centerplate revealed.

1. Local Farmstead Cheese Platter

The platter is a selection of ripened and fresh cheese from Pt. Reyes Blue, local aged Cheddar, Chatelaine Camembert, Cypress Grove Humboldt Fog, and Vella Cheese Co and aged Asiago. It is served with dried fruit, crackers and Melba toast. Gluten-free crackers are also available upon request.

2. California Artichokes

This are made of tender Castroville artichokes, roasted Gilroy garlic and Pescadero Brussels sprouts slaw tossed in root vegetables vinaigrette. It is served with lemon aioli dip.

3. Lobster & Truffle Mac n' Cheese

This dish consists butter-poached lobster morsels tossed in a creamy Mornay sauce, garnished with black truffles.

4. California Charcuterie

The platter is a selection of Saucisson sec, Cabernet salami, prosciutto, coppa, duck-pork gallantine, assorted pickled vegetables, stone ground mustard and sliced baguette.

5. Sourdough Chowder Boule

This rich creamy broth with fresh seafood is served in a locally-baked sourdough boule.

6. BBQ Jackfruit Sandwich

Tired of the usual burgers? Try this smoked-then-braised jackfruit with apple-jalapeño coleslaw and house barbecue sauce on a sweet Hawaiian roll.

7. Grilled Crab Sandwich

This sweet, lightly dressed Pacific crab is served with vine-ripened tomatoes on grilled garlic sourdough.

8. Bay Shrimp Roll

A top-cut roll stuffed with bay shrimp and braised fennel with a chive aioli.

9. The Big 5-0 Sausage

This is not your ordinary hotdog or sausage sandwich. It is a custom-blend of 50 ingredients including beef, pork, spices and herbs. It is grilled and served on a poppy seed bun with sautéed bell peppers and topped with tomato ketchup and gold flakes.

10. Garlic Fries

These crispy fries are tossed in roasted garlic, locally-pressed olive oil, fresh parsley, sea salt and toasted black pepper.
