Looks like the Playboy mansion will finally have a rightful owner. Jeff Bracher, owner of "Beacher's Madhouse" made an offer to purchase the mansion despite its $200 million price tag.

As per E! News' report, Beacher is planning to buy the 5 acre Holmby Hills property and turn it into one of the biggest hotels.

During an interview with E! News, Beacher told the reporters that "I am opening up a boutique hotel chain and opening some hotels in some select cities around the world and so when the Playboy Mansion went up for sale, I thought it would be a great idea to make that our prime location."

He then added that he's been getting a lot of calls in regards to his plans with the Playboy mansion.

Earlier this year, speculations emerged that Beacher would turn the Playboy mansion into a top notch night club, but the producer slammed the rumors stating that it's not going to happen.

He then added that "They already have events, they have things going on there all the time, so we just need to dive into the legal of it. But it's an incredible location, you can turn the bedrooms into hotel rooms, make it a members-only club, have a couple of villas, it's almost like a Soho House meets a country club."

As of the latest update, the deal between Jeff Beacher and Hugh Hefner isn't final yet as his offer is still short of the asking price.

Beacher also told the reporters that "I haven't spoken to Hef but we did speak to Playboy and they are very interested in what we are trying to do. We have the funding."

The entire property has 29 rooms, a guest house with 4 bedrooms, a gym, home theater, a wine cellar, a high-end kitchen, tennis court and a zoo licence.

The buyer will also own Hef's popular Playboy grotto, iconic swimming pool that's ideal for partying and the mansion's artificial cave with a whirlpool spa.

As per Forbes, the Playboy mansion is America's most expensive home for sale with the asking price of $200 million and some unreasonable conditions that come along with it upon purchasing the 20,000 square foot mansion.

John Vlautin, the company spokesperson, told USA Today that "If a buyer is found for the Playboy Mansion, Mr. Hefner will continue to live at the mansion for the rest of his life."
