'Chicago Fire' Season 4 Episode 14 spoilers reveal how the Chicago Fire team will discover more than just a normal accident. According to the show's new Preview Trailer, the team will face a much more intense situation after they see a car burning, only to find out that the driver is actually missing.

The team will assess the situation until they are led to another location where a house also catches fire. Investigation will surround the relation of the two instances and how they will be able to connect the incidents together. Meanwhile, Lt. Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) will try to talk to Chili (Dora Madison) about her unusual behavior.

Chili will try to downplay Severide's observations, talking about all the normal things that have happened. According to CarterMatt, the previous episode of Chicago Fire has led to the rekindling of Chili and Sylvie's relationship, wherein the former admitted her shortcomings.

That being resolved and gotten out of the way, Severide can't still find the proper way to approach and talk to Chili about her behavior. Severide opens up to Chili about seeing some red flags on her behavior. He cited how her temper rises up pretty fast, gets distracted easily and the obvious and weird way she pops a gum, which she normally doesn't do.

Chicago Fire spoilers reveal how Severide continues to prod Chili into opening up about what she truly feels. He even mentioned how the agency offers help for such situation. Chili then accuses Severide of "seeing things that aren't really there." Severide felt compelled to continue, but the talk was apparently stopped by the alarm that went off.

Chili also had a small talk with Chief Wallace Boden (Eamonn Walker) wherein the latter asked how she's been. When she said she's fine and trying to cope up, Boden told her that he's happy that she's trying and that he really wanted her to excel in what they do. He also told her that they are running out of second chances.

Chicago Fire will continue to deliver action-packed life-saving challenges as well as the characters' ability to keep their emotions intact in order to perform their duties well. With Brett and Chili finally patching things up, Severide wishes that Chili will also find comfort by opening up about what she truly feels and what currently troubles her.
