"Grey's Anatomy," in all of its perfectly blended romance and hospital duties, will surprise viewers with Meredith's (Ellen Pompeo) fate after a patient attacks her.

"Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 spoilers, as seen on the video below, include the critical condition of Meredith after the brutal attack. Penny (Samantha Sloyan), who first found Meredith after she was attacked, immediately called the attention of the Grey Sloan Medical Hospital's doctors.

According to Entertainment Weekly, other spoilers will show April (Sarah Drew) and Jackson's (Jesse Williams) failing marriage. After April's drastic decisions that made Jackson feel bereft, the former now pleads him to give their marriage a second chance. Despite being able to discuss their differences and the hard circumstance of their marriage, Jackson will ask his wife for a divorce.

The newwest episode, per a promo trailer from Television Promos, show Meredith being attacked by a patient. Despite the attack, Meredith received a lot of support from her co-doctors, who immediately rushed to her side to help her.

Meredith was attacked while on duty and attending to a patient. While Meredith's attacker was revealed on the series, would she survive the brutal attack? Meredith's condition was not a simple attack as it left her almost in a coma.

Meredith's screams of pain tells exactly how traumatic the attack was and medical doctors prioritized saving her. According to Christian Post and as shown on the promo trailer, the doctors attending on Meredith include Alex (Justin Chambers), Dr. Webber (James Pickens, Jr.), April (Sara Drew), Penny (Samantha Sloyan) and Dr. Owen (Kevin McKidd).

"Grey's Anatomy" spoilers will keep fans on their seat as it tries to determine whether Meredith's condition will improve or leave her deaf, Inquistr reports.

Prior to Meredith being attacked, she was in the car with Alex and Maggie trying to figure out what's causing the traffic that's delaying them. Eventually, Meredith, in her own free will, gets out of the car to confirm whether there's been an accident while Maggie follows her. Alex will be compelled to follow and all three abandon their car in the middle of a traffic jam.
