"WWE SmackDown" this week will focus heavily on AJ Styles and Chris Jericho, as the two will compete in a tag-team match and a one-on-one match.

Jericho first opened the show to promote his match against Styles, which led to the latter to interrupt. The Social Outcasts appeared and led the first segment into a tag-team match between Adam Rose and Curtis Axel against Jericho and Styles.

Jericho and Styles defeated Axel and Rose. After the match, Jericho delivered a knee to Styles and signaled their one-on-one match is still on for tonight.

The Dudley Boyz appeared with tables surrounding them. The duo turned heel during the last "Monday Night Raw" by stacking The Usos. The Dudleys attracted heat by criticizing Daniel Bryan and commenting they will no longer use tables.

After a video segment featuring R-Truth and Goldust, it was time for Sasha Banks vs. Naomi. Becky Lynch sat with commentators during the match until Tamina confronted her. After Banks attacks Tamina, the Bostonian makes Naomi tap with the Banks Statement.

Backstage, Styles delivered a promo against Jericho.

Promos continued with The Wyatt Family. The team entered the ring to cut another cryptic speech, but didn't really signal who they will focus on.

In six-man tag-team competition, Neville, Sin Cara and United States Champion Kalisto fought against Stardust and The Ascension. The good guys won.

Finally, it was main event time. Jericho and Styles fought in a competitive match that saw finishers reversed, such as the Walls of Jericho into Styles' Calf Crusher. In the end, Styles' winning streak ended and Jericho won the clean match.

During the show, video montages from "Raw" were shown, such as Brock Lesnar's contract signing and brawl against Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan's retirement.

"WWE SmackDown" airs weekly on Thursdays on the USA Network at 8 p.m. EST.
