Square Enix has extended an invitation to Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach after finding out that she is a fan of the "Final Fantasy" franchise.

The reigning Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach has been invited by Square Enix on their "Final Fantasy 15" event next month.

Pia is an Avid "Final Fantasy" Fan

A developer from Square Enix sent their invitation to the Filipina beauty after it was known that Pia played "Final Fantasy VIII." The exchange was made via Twitter, where the Ms. Universe made reference to the game's popular spells and items.

The beauty queen's gaming habits were revealed after answering a fan on her very own Reddit "Ask Me Anything" thread.

When asked about "Final Fantasy," she was elated as she has been asked about Steve Harvey and the competition all the time.

"I started with 'Final Fantasy VIII.' Not a lot of people like 'VIII' because they usually start with 'FFVII.' But I started with 'VIII' because I'm a girl and I fell for the love story," she said.

She also revealed her favorite character from the game and even shared that she finished some games without cheating.

"My favorite character...that's a tough one... is Quistis. The one with the whip. I like her. And my favorite GF [Guardian Force], you know when they summon the GF, is Shiva. She's my favorite," she explained. "Then I do the boost, as well, so I get more damage. I love 'Final Fantasy' and 'Kingdom Hearts.' I finished all of 'Kingdom Hearts' with no gameshark."

Will Miss Universe Make an Appearance on the Sold Out Event?

The Square Enix event, called "Uncovered: Final Fantasy XV," is scheduled to happen on March 30, 2016 at Shrine Auditorium in Hollywood, California. It is said that the tickets are sold out. Despite this, Pia has been invited to attend; however, there has been no official word if she is coming.
