Nearly a year after being crowned NBA champs and on the heels of a record-setting 73-win regular season, the Golden State Warriors will be out to show the world just what they're made of when they take the court against the Oklahoma City Thunder for Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals Wednesday night.

Oracle Arena will undoubtedly be a madhouse by the time the defending champs take the hardwood having already surrendered home court advantage in the series.

"It's not supposed to be easy," veteran guard Shawn Livingston said of the Warriors defending their title." Tip-off starts at 9 p.m. ET on TNT and you can watch live stream here.

Champ's not Quite Themselves

After Monday night's 108-102 Game 1 loss, during which the Warriors blew a 14-point lead and came up short despite Thunder stars Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook shooting a combined 17-of-51 from the floor, those words now ring out like the gospel.

For the Warriors to fare any better on Wednesday and throughout the remainder of the series they will almost certainly need to get more from big man tandem of Andrew Bogut and Festus Ezeli, who accounted for just three points and six rebounds combined, with Ezeli drawing an open admonishment from spirited team leader Draymond Green over missed assignments.

By contrast, the Thunder big-man trio of Steven Adams, Serge Ibaka and Enes Kanter combined for 35 points and 29 rebounds.

The Warriors problems didn't end there, as the MVP Stephen Curry, still less than two weeks off returning from his latest knee injury, suffered through what qualifies for him as an off night, shooting just 9-of-22 and committing seven turnovers.

Curry finished with 26 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists, but the Warriors will need him clicking on all cylinders to overcome the aal-star tandem of Durant and Westbrook.

Thunder Want More

Good as they were over the second half in Game 1, the Thunder are convinced they are capable of even more.

"We're not going to relax," Westbrook said. "We didn't win nothing. It's the first team to four. Happy teams get beat."
