The May 21, 2016 Powerball jackpot will equal at least $70 million after there were no winners in the May 18, drawing.

The grand jackpot will carry at least a $46.6 million cash option at the time of Saturday night's drawing. The Powerball numbers for the most recent drawing heading into Saturday night were 23, 25, 39, 54, 67 (white) and 11 (red) with a Power Play number of 3. No Grand Prize Winners in Earlier Drawing

In the May 18 drawing, one New Jersey player matched all five white numbers, earning a $1 million prize. Overall, there were 517, 467 winners who won at least $4 each.

Powerball is offered in 44 states across the country, Washington D.D., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The game centers on players selecting five white numbers from 1 to 69 and one red ball from 1 to 26, with tickets costing $2 each.

New Jersey Family has big Plans for Recent Winnings

Among the game's recent big winners is a New Jersey family which walked away with a $429 million grand prize earlier this month.

Pastor Pearlie Mae Smith labeled her grand fortune an act of "divine intervention," insisting that she only plays the game every blue moon or so. She insisted the numbers simply "popped into her mind" before she ventured to a 7-Eleven store to purchase her ticket.

Winning New Jersey Family Planning Community Investment

The family now insists they plan to spend much of the money investing in their Trenton, New Jersey community. The family instantly opted for the cash payout and received a lump sum of $284 million.

Powerball officials calculate the odds of walking away with a grand- prize winning ticket at 1 to 292,201,338.00.
