The most watched Amazon series, “The Man in the High Castle” is returning on December 16, 2016 for Season 2. The show’s Facebook Page released the date with a mini video tease of a montage of characters saying that they have almost reached their goal.

“Every step I take is a step closer to finding the man who saved my country, my family, my fear, myself and he is ‘the man in the high castle,’” the montage says in the narration of the video clip.

“It's probably just a coincidence, but I'm really happy that they picked December 16, since it's also the day the Battle of the Bulge started!” Facebook User Marlon Londono commented under the video.

The Man in the High Castle

Showrunner Hawthorne Abendsen tells Deadline in a TCA panel that the actual “man in the high castle” will be revealed in Season 2.

How will the characters ever thank the man who saved them?

New Characters in The Man in the High Castle

There will be an additional character added to “The Man in the High Castle” Season 2. Actress Bella Heathcote will join the series as a woman named Nicole. She will be a new love interest for Blake (Luke Kleintank).

Actor Tate Donovan will also be added as a new cast member for the second installment of “The Man in the High Castle.” Donovan will play George Dixon in a recurring role. Dixon is expected to be someone from Juliana’s (Alexa Davalos) past.

Will fans see a few new romance relationships brew in the upcoming Season 2?

Juliana will be confronted by a man of her past and may fall in love all over again, while the new girl will get swept off of her feet by Blake.
