Get ready for an all new season of “Dancing With the Stars” Monday Sept. 12 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC where stars and pro dancers will compete on the dance floor for the “DWTS” Season 23 Mirrorball trophy. While there are some fresh faces and seasoned dancers, stakes are high for next season’s winner and only great team work and effort will allow for a couple to bring home the prize.

DWTS Season 23 Partners

“Dancing With the Stars” Season 23 has a diverse selection of stars from reality TV, 90s music and sitcoms to a few sports players. Olympian Ryan Lochte will compete this year, but given his recent #LochteGate scandal, it is unlikely for him to win the heart of voters.

Instead, voters might cheer on Olympian Laurie Hernandez, the 16-year-old Final Five Gymnast. Given her youth and flexibility, she may score big points on “DWTS” Season 23 and win the Mirrorball trophy. But will she be mature enough to keep up with her partner Valentin Chmerkovskiy?

Possible DWTS Season 23 Winners

5 – Chmerkovskiy and Hernandez

4 – Chmerkovskiy and Rose

Chmerkovskiy has reached the “DWTS” finale five times in the 14 seasons he has competed in and won the Mirrorball trophy when he partnered up with dancer Meryl Davis. His tough attitude will keep reality TV star Rose on her feet, and her popularity may bring in extra votes for each routine and some millennial viewers for “Dancing With the Stars.”

3 – Hough and Henner

It’s Hough. Who doesn’t love Hough?

2 – Burgess and Hinchcliffe

Burgess is another season favorite. She danced in seven seasons as a pro and showed that she can do just about anything. Although viewers may not be too familiar with race car driver Hinchcliffe, his stupendous partner just might make him famous with that Mirrorball trophy.

1 – Johnson and Austin

This is Johnson’s first time on the show as a pro so beginner’s luck might have her win. While the “Wizards of Waverly Place” actor Austin is too adorable to resist.
