The first Chromecast was launched in 2013; it was after two years when Chromecast 2 was launched at a more affordable price. Together with two new pixel smart phones, the updated Chromecast is capable of supporting 4K streams.

The biggest question is about its features? According to Pocket Lint the 4K Chromecast will support Ultra HD content, it is certain to benefit the consumers who have upgraded to TVs that support 4K content.
