"Pokemon Go" has been very successful after its launch with millions of users worldwide. But to spice things up and bring back those memories from the 1990s, the first Pokemon film will be back in theaters again. 

The official website of Pokemon earlier announced the return of the 1999 Pokemon film, saying that it will hit the theaters together with the short film "Pikachu's Vacation". As per Screen Crush, the film will play in over 200 selected locations.

The film is said to play for only two days on October 29th and November 1st. Tickets bought in advance will cost only USD 5 per screening; the first day the film will be screened as a matinee and on the second day as an evening show.

Slash film stated that it is the anniversary of the original video game that launched the multimedia franchise, the original Pokemon film earned more than USD 160 million globally with only a budget of USD 30 million.

The "Pokemon Go" application has created a huge awareness towards the Pokemon animated series; many people did not know the existence of the Pokemon animated series, especially the younger generation. The fame of the application made people go back in time to take a look at the original Pokemon.

Following Pokemon, the animated hybrid film Space Jam is also said to appear in theaters next month. Pokemon has continued to draw fans even after years of the original series, Music fans could also relate to the 90s soundtracks, including those composed by Vitamin C, R. Kelly, and Christina Aguilera.

Tickets have already been out and it seems that it has already sold in bulk, hardcore Pokemon fans have already planned their day off for the screening. Nostalgia on the 1990s is sure to come back on these two days.
