Apple has already released the iOS 10.2 Beta 5 but Pangu has yet to release the jailbreaking tool for the iOS 10. The newest operating system may be considered the most challenging and is maybe why hackers have not cracked it open yet. However, there are alternatives to get around Apple's seemingly fortified iOS 10.

iOS 10 Jailbreak Alternatives

Given that Pangu has no real update since earlier in July this year, Apple users who wish to get around the iOS 10 are first and foremost advised not to upgrade their iPhone and iPad devices to the latest OS. According to GamenGuide, alternative jailbreak tools that users can use are from Cydia and TweakBox which were named as the next best hacks aside from Pangu.

Additionally, iOS users can use older versions of Pangu's jailbreak tools to get around the iOS 10. However, it may involve a lot of manoeuvring which may confuse beginners who aren't as adept with hacking their devices so it is recommended to not upgrade yet until Pangu releases its official iOS 10 jailbreak tool.

Pangu Gives Up on iOS 10 Jailbreak?

There have been rumors that Pangu is set to release the iOS 10 jailbreak but there have been no signs of yet. According to HNGN, Pangu will allegedly release the tool only after Apple releases the iOS 10.2 updates. However, given the lack of updates, some people are saying that Apple's newest OS is simply too strong to break for the Chinese hacking group.

Apple has been steadily releasing updates for the iOS 10 and the OS is steadily becoming too strong that it might just be out of Pangu's hacking depth. Furthermore, Apple is frequently advising fans and Apple device users to upgrade to iOS 10 for better security.
