It appears that The Memphis Grizzlies will most likely carry their winning streak forward as the team looks to welcome back James Ennis who was out with a calf injury and is nursing himself back into contention.

According to grizzlybearblues, ESPN NBA Reporter Chris Haynes predicts that The Grizzlies could see the return of Ennis into the team after his recent calf injury, which had kept him out of the team for three weeks.

Ennis was at practice after getting his calf injury treated. If Ennis' treatment holds and he is match fit, it will strengthen The Grizzlies who have had to make short term adjustments during the time Ennis was out by playing Troy Daniels and Troy Williams at small forward.

Ennis' return is even more imperative for The Grizzlies considering the fact that the team is without Chandler Parsons, who is out to a knee injury.

According to another report published by ESPN, Ennis seems to be making steady progress towards getting back into match fitness judging by his practice session on Monday which has seen considerable increase in his work regimen.

The report also provides a glimmer of hope to The Grizzlies that Ennis may even play the home game Friday against the Sacramento Kings. Nevertheless, the team should be happy that Ennis is on the road to full fitness and he can start for the team early next week almost certainly.

With an average of 9.1 points in 13 starts of the 14 games he has played, the 26-year old Ennis would be welcomed back into the team that is riddled with injuries to key players.

May be Ennis' reentry into the team could well take The Memphis Grizzlies into stretching its winning streak beyond the 6-0 that it stands at now. With the impending return of Ennis, the happiest man in The Grizzlies camp should be head coach David Fizdale.
