This weekend, the President's Day sale kicked off and the sale period is giving tech gadgets a good reason to spend in an affordable way. Best Buy kicked off its annual sale, rendering deals on smartphones, computers, gaming consoles and more. Microsoft is also offering discounted rates on Surface Pro 4, Surface Book, Xbox One S and on much more. 

While Best Buy was involved in offering substantial discounts for MacBooks, Microsoft was seen having its own President's Day sale. On George Washington's Birthday, Microsoft was giving out Surface Pro 4 for $900 from $1,199 lowered down to $200. This comes with internal storage of 256GB, an 8GB RAM and an Intel Core i5 processor, reports Forbes. 

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 with 128GB of storage, an Intel Core m3 processor and 4GB RAM was offered for $699 all the way from $899, lowered down to $200. Similarly, Surface Pro 4 with 128GB storage, Intel Core i5 processor and 8GB RAM was given out on sale for $1,299 from $1,499 dropped to $200. 

Microsoft also had an Xbox One S President's Day sale. Tech addicts were able to save $50 on selected Xbox One S packages along with a free game.

The Xbox One S Forza Horizon 3 bundle's price was $350, but it was dropped and sold at $299. There was also another option in the sale for the 500 GB console just for $249, reports Tech Times. 

The Xbox One S 1 TB Console Halo Wars 2 bundle was offered for $299 a significant drop from original $349. It was accompanied with an Xbox Wireless controller and digital codes. 

For PC deals, there were significant savings for certain laptops including the Alienware 15 Touch Signature Edition Gaming laptop. These were offered with $1,100 savings. 

For iPads, certain models including the 9.7 inch and the 12.9 inch iPad Pro were available at $75 and $200. Smartphones including iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 plus were available with a price drop of $150. Along with that, Samsung Galaxy S6 was given out at $399.99 with a price drop of $50. Lastly, television deals included 32" Samsung LED at $189.99, buyers saving up to $30. Samsung 65" LED was available at $879.99, saving up to $220.

The sale lasted for the weekend and the sale items were restricted. Unlocked phones, headphones, and external hard drives were also available with a momentous price drop, which were highlighted on the Best Buy's website.
