Karrueche Tran, Chris Brown's former girlfriend has filed a restarting order against the singer. The model filed legal documents after she received serious death threats and suffered physical injuries.

Karrueche claimed in a legal statement to the judge that Chris told a few people that he was going to kill Karrueche. The American songwriter also said that if he can't have Karrueche, then no one else can. The 28-year old model maintained that he threatened to shoot her and said that he was going to "take her out," reports TMZ.

The legal statement was drafted by Karrueche earlier this month. According to the model, the instance was previously recorded when Chris punched her in the stomach twice. She also claimed that Chris pushed her down the stairs, reports E! Online.

Rumors are rife that Chris was involved in physical altercation with Karrueche when he was under the probation period for beating up Rihanna. He was charged with multiple misdemeanors beating Rihanna back in 2009. As a result, Chris was sentenced to five years' probation and six months of community service.

The registered documents further claimed that Karrueche was not the only one subjected to physical harm, Chris also threatened her friends. Moreover, he also threw a drink at one of Karrueche's friends.

Karrueche's recent experience with her former significant other has allowed her to take legal assistance as her life has been subjected to jeopardy. Chris's recent video posted a week ago further reaffirmed the claims made by Karrueche. According to the video, Chris tells his friends that he couldn't have her then no one could.

The restraining order filed by Karrueche allows Chris to stay 100 yards away from her and even her close-knit family members. The legal order has extended support and safety to her mother and brother as well.
