Nvidia has reportedly started the countdown to the release of GeForce GTX 1080 Ti. Everyone appears to be focused on Ryzen especially since the announcement was made. However, what users are unaware of is Nvidia too, is planning a big launch very soon. It's official as Nvidia recently established a countdown timer on its website towards a very big announcement that most think is the company's much-anticipated GeForce GTX 1080 Ti.

According to a report published by PC Gamer, the countdown which can be spotted on the company's official website showcases text that reads: 'IT'S ALMOST TIME' along with a timer which suggests that five days are remaining until the announcement. The text is also accompanied by a hashtag #ULTIMATEGEFORCE and the letters 'TI' in the word Time are in bold letters. Clearly, Nvidia plans on launching something that relates to the same and as mentioned before, it may most probably be the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti.

Another report published by Videocardz suggests that the count-down was also accompanied by a video which was later taken down. The video's background was titled 'GTX 1080-Ti_countdown_hero.' However, the company later discarded the same.

Rumors and speculations regarding the Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080 Ti have been going around for quite some time. INVIDIA was expected to introduce the much-talked about processor back in January at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES). However, that clearly didn't take place.

Now fans expect Nvidia to introduce the GTX 1080 Ti at the GDC event. It will be interesting to observe how the announcements are taken especially given that AMD is scheduled to host its second-annual event as well. The company too is expected to make a big announcement - the one awaited by many.

The fans are advised to take the information with a pinch of salt as none of the details has been officially confirmed by the company yet. At the same time, remain prepared to face what is to come from Nvidia as the time clicks. Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti is said to be most awaited GPU of 2017. Stay tuned for more updates.
