"Final Fantasy XV" will have its first downloadable content (DLC) and it will be about Gladio versus Gilgamesh. Square Enix has released an official trailer for the Gladio DLC over the weekend and it is the first time that players can directly control the character.

According to IGN, the DLC will be released on March 28 and Gladiolus or Gladio for short will face off against the one-armed villain. The episode reportedly happens in the events after their encounter with the Ravus where Gladio trains with the Cor to become stronger.

The Episode Gladiolus DLC was revealed at the PAX East event last weekend. According to Techno Buffalo, fans who attended the reveal event were surprised to see Gilgamesh without his signature armor and multiple arms.

It was also revealed that the first "Final Fantasy XV" DLC can be played in about 2 to 3 hours. Gladio may need to take a bit more time to learn new fighting moves as well as time to complete his solo missions as a playable character.

Episode Gladiolus DLC won't be the last bonus content for "Final Fantasy XV." Noctis' other buddies - Ignis and Prompto will get their chance to shine too. Prompto's DLC will come next after Gladio and the last one will be from Ignis. The second DLC pack will allegedly come by June this year. Additionally, a co-op multiplayer game expansion is expected as well. Hopefully the last DLC will tie up all the bonus DLC's together.

"Final Fantasy XV" is currently out on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Episode Gladiolus and all other incoming DLCs will be playable on the consoles too. The trailer for the first DLC can be found below.
