Apple has officially launched its first ever iPad in 2015 and the company plans to update the product list this year. The Cupertino-based tech giant is expected to launch their new device Apple iPad Pro 2 ahead of its World Wide Developers Conference (WWDC) event in San Jose in June 2017.

According to Mac Rumors, Apple is officially preparing to announce some new products around March 20 and 24, 2017.

However, as of now, no details and information are revealed on which products Apple will show off. But it's long been rumored that the iPad Pro 2 will make an appearance this coming Spring. The Cupertino-based tech giant has been said to be working on a brand new 10.5-inch iPad Pro 2 featuring thinner bezels and refreshes for the 9.7-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro models.

iPad 2017 models will reportedly feature edge-to-edge designs. Apple would have to remove the Home button in order to achieve the near-borderless look. The next generation iPads are also reportedly going to come with improved memory variants in 4 OR 6, 64, 128 AND 256 GB Ram is expected with a replacement of A10 chipset with A10x chipset.

When it comes to the quality of photos, iPad 2017 will boast a12 MP iSight primary cameras (front and rear) with True Tone flash, quad speakers, quad microphones, True Tone displays and the updated Apple Pencil stylus, Telegiz has cited.

Apple will allegedly unveil three new iPads this spring, one of which is said to be a new entry-level 9.7-inch model that could replace the current iPad Air 2. Currently, the 9.7-inch iPad Pro with A9X chip has an entry price of $599, while the A8X-powered iPad Air 2, also 9.7 inches, starts at $399.

iPad 2017 is now available for purchase for as low as US $299 (AU $395). In comparison to that, the current iPad Air 2 starts at US $399 (AU $527).
