The Honor 8 Pro looks like an exciting handset as it offers more power at an affordable price and it takes a fight against to its parent company Huawei's latest P10 and P10 Plus. It might not have any revolutionary features but the solid specs might give the users a satisfactory as it started breaching the mid-range smartphones.

According to Engadget, Honor 8 Pro is a serious premium and stylish device that has a beautiful body that looks nice and thin with 6.97mm deep along with a 4,000mAh battery that will definitely give power for two days of regular use. Surprisingly, Honor 8 Pro has a taller and wider body than the Honor 8 that measures 157 x 77.5mm, which has an all-glass design on its curvy aluminum unibody.

Honor 8 Pro is packed with Huawei's homegrown chip, the Kirin 960 octa-core processor, a 6GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage. At the back of the handset, Honor 8 Pro carries a fingerprint scanner that is found next to the dual 12MP camera that places at the top of the left corner of the phone. It also runs with Huawei's latest Emotion UI version 5.0, which helps the handset to optimize.

Techradar added that Honor 8 Pro has come with a Gorilla Glass 3 shields on its 5.7-inch display with a QHD resolution, which is the first time to pack this so many pixels into a phone. Other specs of Honor 8 Pro includes a microSD slot for expandable storage, a dual-SIM support, NFC, and a USB-C charging. It also comes with Google's latest Android Nougat 7 release.

In addition, Honor 8 Pro has its interesting packaging, which the box can be converted into a Google Cardboard viewer for VR, where the Honor 8 Pro has a preinstalled Jaunt VR viewer. The Honor 8 Pro will be available across Europe today, at a price of £475 with some various accessories. The official launch will be set on April 20, which also available on Amazon.
