Strengths of Android that iPhone doesn't have yet from setting default apps to customization, according to an article published in CNET.

There have been many debates about whether Android performs better than iPhone in many aspects. Both sides of their debate range from security and encryption of the iPhone to Google Assistant prowess of Android.

This time, we will be highlighting the strengths of an Android that overpowers the features of iPhone. Here some things than an Android can do and what iPhone users are dreaming to have too.

Use the apps that you want and not apps iOS want you to use

iOS users have been asking Apple to have the iPhone the ability to set its default apps. An example of this is to set Gmail as the default email app, setting Google as the default search engine instead of Opera or Firefox, and more.

Android users can set their default settings from the very beginning and it's not hard for them. Though iPhone can allow its users to delete apps but they still can't set a default app.

Google Assistant Vs. Siri

Android has Google Assistant while iPhone has Siri. One of the most important reasons why a Google Assistant is better than a Siri its because it builds off Google's impressive database.

It has been proven also that Google Assistant can understand common requests and has a high quality of responses, from Google search, a tool that Siri does not have. Google Assistant can have other functions too like telling you the time for your next meeting or giving you updates of the traffic in going home.

The best part of all is that this Google Assistant is a built-in app in Android. iPhone users can have it but they need to install it.

Use two apps at once through split-screen mode

Android can use split-screen apps. This is a way of using two apps by splitting the screen. An example of this is looking up a contact number and sending it through a Facebook messenger. However, the iPhone does not have it and it might be because of the size of its display.

Customize your home screen just how you like it

The advantage of having an Android is that you can customize by placing all your installed apps wherever you want. While Apple places all its apps in a rigid grid across multiple pages.

Moreover, most Android devices give you a home screen and an app drawer. The Android home screen does not follow a grid layout thus allowing its users to place the apps anywhere they want.

You can use launchers to fully customize your phone

One of the best features of an Android that iPhone does not have is its launchers. It can have Microsoft Launcher, Apex Launcher, Action Launcher and more. Launchers are one of the reasons why many love to own an Android.

Auto-Changing Wallpapers

This is what everyone loves about Android, they can change anytime their wallpaper to make it fresher. Apple devices can't have this. No wonder why many loves to change their wallpaper from time to time depending on the owners' mood.
