A few days ago the news broke that Miley Cyrus' luxury Maserati car had been stolen. The two persons who committed the crime have now been arrested and identified by the Los Angeles Police Department as 19-year-old Taylor Scott and 21-year-old Naomi Charles. Charles lives in Los Angeles, and Scott is from Arizona. Reportedly, the two committed the theft by entering through the garage of the singer's home. It would also seem that the two are partners, judging from their kissing photos on social media.

Taylor Scott and Naomi Charles were arrested at 11 a.m. at the 5300 Lankershim block of a North Hollywood city. They were recognized by video surveillance of the area, and US Weekly reported that the couple was arrested for residential burglary and detained at $50,000 bail.

Records of the Maricopa County court indicate that Scott had also been detained last year in Arizona. Now facing charges of burglary, Taylor Scott had been arrested before in September for Theft of Means of Transportation and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. It is unknown whether or not Scott is currently employed.

His girlfriend Naomi Charles, on the other hand, appears to be a fitness model. She has tweeted on her Twitter account about her dream of owning a luxurious car and having lots of money.

A witness saw Scott driving the Maserati Quattroporte near Simi Valley in Los Angeles last Friday. The eyewitness called and described Scott to the police. The witness also said that the suspect "jumped into the passenger seat of another car and drove off." He was later seen by police walking in North Hollywood, leading to his eventual arrest.

The law enforcers were able to retrieve the car last Monday afternoon by following the information given to them by concerned citizens. Miley's car was left unattended for most of the weekend and her jewelry has still not been found.

Miley Cyrus is in Europe at present, where she performed in Copenhagen last Wednesday as part of her Bangerz tour.
