Mexican actress Eiza Gonzalez has not been shy about rooting for her home country at the World Cup.

Between posting pictures with Mexican flags and other Mexico gear, she has been proudly supporting her team. But it seems one picture was a little over the top, at least according to Instagram.

Earlier this week, she posted a picture of herself wearing jeans, a Mexico scarf and face paint, all while she held a Mexican flag. There was nothing provocative about what she was wearing, and Basta has published the innocent picture. So the problem was with the caption, which was written in Spanish and deemed offensive. The word she used could be translated to mean "f---k" or "b--ch," and she quickly realized the picture was taken down by Instagram.

She said on Twitter, "Wow instagram decided to erase my photo."

Gonzalez quickly got support from her followers.

Some decided to call Instagram the same word she used in her description.

Others asked her to reupload the image, which she has yet to do.

One said, "How dare they. That's a crime. Eiza, demand your rights."

"How immature," a follower said. "And they don't say things like that or what?"

Instagram has a very tough policy, and people like Rihanna and Scout Willis have had their accounts suspended or lost their pictures because they have been posted on Instagram. For Rihanna and Willis, it was because they both shared pictures with visible nipples. Willis was so upset about the situation that she decided to take a stroll in New York City while topless to prove her point. She argued that what she did was legal in New York but not on Instagram.

Another issue people have had is with sharing breastfeeding images on Instagram, something that Facebook just recently allowed.
