Highly acclaimed designers Pharrell Williams, Roberto Cavalli, Missoni and Rick Owens have redesigned the official soccer balls from FIFA World Cup 2014 to raise money for a good cause.

Each one of the recreated sports item represents each renowned fashion icon's unique and famous signature style. For instance, Roberto Cavalli, a Florence, Italy-based designer who is well known for his exotic patterns and lavish, extravagant taste, completely covered the ball with black and light brown sparkly rhinestones, creating an impressive leopard print.

Another Italian haute-couture house Missoni has fully transformed the soccer ball by deconstructing the entire round shape into a bunch of flower petals. The label then put the petals altogether and reinvented into a colorful lotus flower.

The "Happy" hitmaker and producer Pharrell, who is also known for his love of doodling, simply took a red marker to draw a tiny figure and write his signature. Similarly, Rick Owens, a California-born designer who is praised for his dark, avant-garde style, covered the ball in his gothic drawing after bleaching out the colorful ball.

Moreoever, the artistic creations by other fashion houses, including Dolce & Gabbana, Etro, and Antonio Marras, are being currently auctioned off on eBay by luxury fashion retailer LuisaViaRoma. They are up for bids with four days left to go, and expected to sell for price range between $200 and $1,000. The entire profit will go towards the charity project called "Make Kids Happy," organized by Gol de Letra Foundation that gives aid to Brazilian youth programs.

Ongoing FIFA World Cup 2014 is expected to end next month, on July 16, with an anxiously anticipated trophy ceremony.
