After numerous scandals, including his antisemitic remarks, Kanye West is now accused of being a toxic and nightmarish boss toward Yeezy employees, and Adidas is launching an investigation into his alleged misconduct.

According to CNN, Adidas released a statement on Thursday regarding Kanye's alleged inappropriate behavior, which surfaced after an anonymous letter was sent to Rolling Stone

In the statement, Adidas noted that it is still unclear whether the accusations made in the anonymous letter are true. However, the company said they take these allegations very seriously and have decided to immediately launch an independent investigation on the matter to address the allegations.

Adidas ended its partnership with Kanye in October over his recent antisemitic remarks, including one saying he would go "death con 3" on Jewish people. His comments sparked outrage not only in the U.S. but also in other parts of the world.

Kanye West Allegedly Used Bullying, Mind Games Against Yeezy Staff to Assert Dominance

After receiving the anonymous letter, Rolling Stone published a story about an incident inside a factory sample room in Qinyuan, China, in August 2017.  Kanye West reportedly examined the prototypes of his latest Yeezy sneakers on display there, but he did not like them.

The report noted that the rapper began to yell that the Yeezys were not yet up to his standards before approaching a senior female employee and telling her, "I want you to make me a shoe I can f**k."

Two people at that meeting claimed that Adidas representatives, including a vice president, did not confront Kanye about his alleged remark toward the female employee. However, Rolling Stone reported that this was not the only incident Kanye was involved in, as told by former Yeezy and Adidas employees.

Kanye allegedly used intimidation tactics with Yeezy and Adidas staff, including provocative and frequently sexualized bullying, which is often reportedly directed toward women.

According to Rolling Stone, former members of the Yeezy team admitted in an open letter that leaders from Adidas were aware of what was happening, including Kanye's "problematic behavior." However, the former employees noted that the Adidas executives "turned their moral compass off" when it came to Kanye West.

Kanye West Played Porn, Shared Intimate Photos of Kim Kardashian to Yeezy Staffers

Former Yeezy employees also claimed that Kanye West played pornography at staff meetings and openly discussed porn with them. However, they further noted that the rapper also showed explicit photos and videos of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, as well as his own sex tapes, to Yeezy team members.

Multiple former Yeezy and Adidas staffers have reportedly agreed that there was an unwritten rule from Adidas management called "Kanye is just Kanye" and that they should view his words as "harmless comments."

However, these former employees accused Adidas of lacking "responsibility, accountability, and protection." The BBC has tried to contact Kanye West regarding these claims. However, the rapper has not yet commented.
