Lance Reddick Movies and TV Shows Aside From 'John Wick'

Lance Reddick is an actor and a musician who earned his first most notable role in the series "The Wire," portraying the character of Cedric Daniels.

Reddick did not initially start his creative endeavors with acting. He was a music student at the Peabody Preparatory Institute and also studied music theory and composition at a summer program at the Walden School, according to Famous People.

His cinematic debut came about in the 1998 adaptation of "Great Expectations." This 1998 film role was then followed by his role in "The Siege," playing the character of Federal Bureau of Investigation agent Floyd Rose.

Reddick reportedly used to think that the people who wanted to be actors "were silly," but that he always felt an "indescribable pull" towards that career path.

His first acting role did not gain him recognition right away. There was even the 1998 monster film "Godzilla," wherein he appeared in an uncredited role of a soldier.

Reddick also starred in several episodes of "Law & Order" as Captain Maru Gasana, FBI special agent Jamal Atkinson, and a juror from 2000 to 2004.

According to IMDB, he was also in the TV series "CSI Miami" as FBI agent David Park for three episodes from 2005 to 2006. He was also the voice of Commander Zavala in the video game "Destiny: The Taken King."

In 2017, he also appeared in one episode of the TV series "Rick Morty," wherein he was the voice actor for the character of Alan Rails. In 2021, he starred as Guillermin in "Godzilla vs. Kong."

One of his upcoming projects was "Percy Jackson and the Olympians" for the year 2024. The TV series is currently in post-production. Reddick was reported to have portrayed the role of Zeus.

He will still appear in the upcoming fourth installment of "John Wick," which is scheduled to be released next week or on March 24.
