Philadelphia Eagles star Jason Kelce revealed the challenges his family faced due to his brother Travis Kelce's relationship with pop sensation Taylor Swift, according to Page Six.

Speaking on "The Big Podcast With Shaq" on Monday, Jason disclosed that his brother had to relocate for "safety reasons" as their family became part of pop culture.

"Travis knows way more than I do; he had to completely move out of his house," he said.

Travis Kelce, a three-time Super Bowl champ, recently purchased a lavish mansion in a gated community for nearly $6 million.

This move aimed to provide more seclusion and privacy after unwarranted visitors began flocking to his previous residence, possibly hoping for a glimpse of the famous couple.

"People were just staying by his house," Jason Kelce said.

"And the first day he moved into the new house ... [in] a gated community, somebody knocks on the back window of the house," he added.

Despite being an NFL star, Jason, 36, admitted that he had underestimated the impact of fame until his brother started dating Taylor Swift last year.

The newfound pop culture fame has prompted the Kelce family to adjust to an entirely different level of public attention.

Luxurious Mansion Purchase Amid Rising Fame

Travis Kelce's new residence, a sprawling mansion in a gated community, boasts over 16,000 square feet of living space, a pool with a waterfall, tennis and pickleball courts, and even a mini golf course.

While speculations circulated about Taylor Swift moving in, Travis Kelce clarified that the purchase was primarily to enhance privacy amid his elevated connection to the pop star, Yahoo! Sports noted.

In an earlier episode of their podcast "New Heights," Travis expressed how his "personal life" was no longer as private as before due to newfound pop culture recognition.

The couple is rumored to take their relationship to the next level with engagement plans this summer.

Jason Kelce Contemplates NFL Retirement

Shifting gears to his own football career, Jason Kelce, the 36-year-old brother, discussed the uncertainty surrounding his potential retirement from the NFL, as per PEOPLE.

Speaking on Shaquille O'Neal's podcast, Kelce mentioned that he is still in the process of figuring out his retirement plans.

"I think I'll have an answer in the next couple of weeks," said Jason Kelce.

Reflecting on his potential decision, Kelce expressed that if he still has the desire to play, he will continue.

However, he acknowledged that the emotions and toll of the recent season are still fresh, and he needs some time to rest, recover, and then make a more informed decision about his future in the game.

Reflecting on the emotional toll of the last game on January 15, where the Eagles were eliminated from the NFL playoffs, Kelce acknowledged the difficulty of the end of the season.

Cameras captured his emotional moments on the field, sharing hugs with his family and coaches.

Despite initial reports of his retirement plans, Kelce has left the decision open, indicating he might not be ready to conclude his illustrious 13-year career just yet.

As he takes time to rest and recover, Jason Kelce remains contemplative about his future in the NFL, leaving fans and pundits eager to see his final decision.
