During his recent vacation in the Hamptons, professional dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy was seen flirting with a woman -- neither Jennifer Lopez nor his "Dancing with the Stars" partner Meryl Davis.

The 34-year-old dancer took to his Instagram account to post a photo of himself posing with a young woman named Tallulah Marino, immediately fueling dating reports. He also took several pictures with fitness model Alesya Bikeeva.

Chmerkovskiy and Lopez have recently sparked dating rumors again, as they were spotted hugging each other while in Connecticut to work on a performance together. According to People, the Ukrainian performer is interested in the Latin mogul. "[They] are just friends, but I'm sure he'd love it if they were more," a source said to People magazine. "He really likes her. He thinks she's beautiful, really cool and down to earth."

However, it has only been a month since J. Lo broke up with longtime boyfriend Casper Smart and feels that she needs some time to get over the split. She addressed the dating speculations involving Chmerkovskiy to ExtraTV by insisting that she is still single: "Give me a break, just give me some time, I need to be alone for a little bit."

Meanwhile, Chmerkovskiy has also been romantically linked to Davis, who showed great chemistry with him on the dance floor. He previously explained this relationship with his "DWTS" dance partner in an interview with Social Life. "Do you know what a showmance is?" he asked. "When you spend three months very closely with someone. ... It is like a summer love. You have no choice but to get involved.

"I am very close with a few of my past partners because they have played a huge role in a big part of my life," he said. "Three months is a long time, and if I am going to give someone that much of my time, I am going to develop a relationship with that person."

In addition, Maksim Chmerkovskiy said he is ready to settle down: "I raised so many children at [my dance studios], I am ready to create one of my own. I am really ready to create a family now. I need an outlet. I have so much I want to give, and I need someone to give it to."
