It may be time for the infamous human Barbie, Valeria Lukyanova, to take a seat now that there's a new doll in town causing a buzz on the Internet.

Just like Lukyanova, Alina Kovalevskaya, a 21-year-old psychology college student from the Ukraine, bears a striking resemblance to the famous plastic doll.

The new Internet sensation decided to play up her natural doll-like features to imitate Barbie 18 months ago by buying big contact lenses and avoiding the sun to preserve her milky-white complexion. She also keeps her hair long and styles it similar to Barbie's.

"I look like a doll. I like big eyes, little nose, small plump lips. I love long hair. My hair is a meter long," the model said while describing her effortless transformation to emulate Barbie during an interview with Barcroft.

Unlike Lukyanova, who has admitted to getting plastic surgery, the new human Barbie says she's all natural.

Ironically, Kovalevskaya is from Odessa, Ukraine, which is where Lukyanova lives.

The blonde beauty said she and the original real-life Barbie spoke in the past, but things quickly went sour.

"I have had certain misunderstandings with her after which we ceased to communicate," Kovalevskaya said. "I realized she is not a person with whom I would like to talk to or even be friends."

Lukyanova, known for her pencil-thin 18-inch waist, admitted in February that she tries to maintain her looks by abstaining from food and water and training herself to live off light and air in a practice known as "Breatharianism."

"In recent weeks, I have not been hungry at all; I'm hoping it's the final stage before I can subsist on air and light alone," she said this year, according to the Daily Mail.

Breatharianism is a cult whose members believe someone can exist on "cosmic micro-food" rather than food and possibly water, according to the International Business Times. However, the practice is criticized as pseudoscience, and several practitioners have reportedly starved to death.
