A thin and tired-looking Lamar Odom appeared Monday in Los Angeles, says New York Daily News. Lamar's appearance debunks previous reports that he was has been missing for more than 72 hours.

The NBA player was spotted driving his white Mercedes SUV near San Fernando Valley, L.A. alone. He was reportedly headed for a local car wash station and spent around 45 minutes out, says E! Online.

After the stop, he was then spotted driving back into a gated community in L.A. where he and his wife Khloe lives.

Lamar was dressed in black and appeared quite thin. Photos of him showed that he was wearing his wedding ring. Notably, earlier this month, his wife Khloe Kardashian was also spotted wearing her wedding ring while leaving a medical facility in Beverly Hills, disproving rumors that the two have separated.

Talks of a separation started when reports that Lamar was cheating on Khloe with several other girlfriends surfaced. More recently, Lamar's alleged drug addiction have also allegedly caused problems to their marriage.

According to sources of the Celeb Dirty Laundry, Lamar is addicted to prescription drugs - specifically, the NBA star is hooked to Oxycontin and Adderall.

Notably, it was also Lamar's drug problems that have allegedly pushed Khloe to throw him out of their home Wednesday. Kardashian, who was keen on helping her husband, reportedly sought family intervention but reports say the NBA star refused to participate. News then escalated that Lamar has gone missing.

Lamar has previously admitted being addicted to marijuana way back in 2001. According to another report by New York Daily News, the NBA star was suspended from the L.A. Clippers after violating NBA's anti-drug program. Lamar has violated the program twice in eight months.

"My father's a heroin addict. I witnessed things that a 10-year-old definitely wasn't supposed to see...It's hard for me to speak up on it and get it through to Khloe because she grew up so different," he once said in a 2011 episode of the realaity TV show "Lamar & Khloe."

It is reported that Lamar is considering issuing a formal statement admitting that he is indeed addicted to the said drugs.
