After a couple of months of eerie propaganda posters promoting Suzanne Collins' popular trilogy, the trailer for "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1" debuted on Friday at Comic-Con in San Diego. It is now online as well, giving a preview of the two-part movie of the trilogy's final installment, entitled "Our Leader The Mockingjay," E! Online reported.

The minute-long clip features the characters Plutarch Heavensbee and Alma Coin, portrayed by the late Philip Seymour Hoffman and Julianne Moore, respectively, talking with each other about Katniss Everdeen, who is played by Jennifer Lawrence. They discussed how Katniss is the face of the rebellion and how only she can unite the people who would follow her.

Cressida, portrayed by Natalie Dormer of "Game of Thrones," and Liam Hemsworth, returning to his role as Gale Hawthorne, are also shown in the trailer. Finally, Katniss is seen toward the end of the clip saying that she will be fighting with the rebels.

Moved by the support from the rebellion, Katniss takes on her role as their symbol against President Coriolanus Snow and his government. Under President Coin's leadership, she and her trusted friends join the movement against the autocratic Capitol and to save her friend Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson) as well.

The trailer keeps the same dark tones which the film's other promotional materials have maintained leading up to the premiere. Mockingjay is the third and final installment of the "Hunger Games," a series of novels written by American author Suzanne Collins.

Since its release back in August 2010, the book has sold over 65 million print copies just in the United States alone. The film version is directed by Francis Lawrence and is being produced by Nina Jacobson and Jon Kilik.

"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1" is set to be released in theaters on Nov. 21.
